Project Description:

KASE/Warbonnet responsibilities included:

• Facility operation and maintenance

• Hazardous waste treatment and disposal

• Waste water treatment plant operation

• Equipment decontamination

In addition, KASE/Warbonnet’s performance on the project was considered strong enough that the customer turned over several primary management functions to KASE/Warbonnet that are normally reserved to the customer’s staff, such as development of cost tracking and forecasting systems, development and maintenance of cost accounting procedures and records maintenance, etc.

The company’s success led to the award of additional contracts to perform critical remediation, decontamination and decommissioning work. To date, the KASE/Warbonnet has performed at a level $1M under budgeted cost estimates.
